Agreement

These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms of Service") govern access to the Screen Rabbit website, hiring workspace, phone screens, and text messages. They are a contract between you and Think Loud Agency, LLC, doing business as Screen Rabbit ("Screen Rabbit," "we," "us").

If you use Screen Rabbit for a company, you agree to these terms for that company, and you confirm you have authority to bind it. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.

The service

Screen Rabbit runs first-round phone screens for hiring teams. A company adds a role and a candidate. Screen Rabbit conducts the conversation from that role and stores the transcript, summary, and requirement notes so a recruiter can review them.

A person on the hiring team makes the hiring decision. Screen Rabbit organizes what was said on the screen.

Accounts

Company users must provide accurate account information and keep login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your workspace. Tell us at [email protected] if you believe an account is being misused.

Candidate screens

You may submit a candidate for a screen only when you have permission to contact that person by phone, text, or email, as applicable, and a lawful reason to share their information with Screen Rabbit. You are responsible for the notices and consents employment and communications laws require for your hiring process.

Candidates do not create Screen Rabbit accounts. They may answer a call or open a booking link to choose a time or start the screen.
