This Privacy Policy explains how Think Loud Agency, LLC, doing business as Screen Rabbit ("Screen Rabbit," "we," "us"), collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Screen Rabbit website, hiring workspace, phone screens, and text messages.

Screen Rabbit is a tool for hiring teams. A company creates a workspace, adds a role and a candidate, and Screen Rabbit conducts a first-round phone screen. The hiring company reviews the transcript and the notes. Candidates do not create Screen Rabbit accounts.

If you give Screen Rabbit your mobile number and agree to texts, we may send informational and transactional text messages. Those messages can include verification codes, phone-screen scheduling, booking links, and reminders about a screen a hiring team started. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. You can opt in on the text alerts page. For more about the text program, read our Terms of Service.

Screen Rabbit may also call a phone number to conduct a first-round screen when the hiring company that uses Screen Rabbit asks us to contact that person.

We do not sell personal information. We do not share mobile phone numbers with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

We collect information in these categories:

• Account information for a hiring company, such as company name, user name, email address, and password.
• Candidate information a hiring company provides, such as name, phone number, email address, and resume.
• Screening records, including call audio, transcripts, summaries, requirement notes, and recruiter decisions.
• Text message details, including the mobile number, opt-in consent, message content needed to deliver the program, and opt-out requests.
• Support messages you send to us, including email.
• Technical data such as browser type, device, IP address, and pages visited on our website.

We use information to:

• Provide the Screen Rabbit workspace, phone screens, transcripts, and recruiter review tools.
• Send the text messages you opted into, including verification codes, scheduling messages, booking links, and reminders.
• Place or connect the phone screen a hiring company requested.
• Authenticate users, protect accounts, and prevent abuse.
• Respond to support requests and honor STOP and HELP replies.
• Operate, secure, and improve the service.

We may share personal information in these categories:

• Hiring customers. Candidate information is available inside the workspace of the company that asked Screen Rabbit to run the screen.
• Service providers. Vendors host the service, send email, place phone calls, and deliver text messages. They process information only to perform that work for us.
• Legal and safety. We may disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect Screen Rabbit, our customers, candidates, or other people.
• Business transfers. If the Screen Rabbit business is sold, merged, or transferred, information may transfer with that transaction.

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information won't be shared with any third parties.

We keep account, candidate, and screening records while the hiring company uses the workspace and for as long as we need them to operate the service, meet legal duties, and resolve disputes. A hiring company can delete a candidate from its workspace. You can email [email protected] to ask about access, correction, or deletion of your information.

If you reply STOP, we keep the mobile number on a suppression list so we can honor the opt-out.

We use administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including access controls on company workspaces. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.

Reply STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, END, QUIT, HALT, or CANCEL to stop Screen Rabbit text messages. Reply HELP for help, or email [email protected]. Reply START if you want to opt back in after you have opted out.

Hiring company users can update account details in the workspace. Candidates can ask the hiring company, or email us, about information collected for a screen.

Screen Rabbit is a hiring product for businesses and job candidates. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated. Continued use of Screen Rabbit after an update means the updated policy applies.
